Plugged In! is an exciting new program focusing on improving girls' skills and confidence in math, science and computer technology. The National Science Foundation (NSF) awarded a major grant to a partnership formed by the Mid-Continent Council of Girl Scouts and Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas to develop the program.

Digital Lagoon developed a Web site that meets the grants requirements while still being fun and entertaining. This interactive Web site is designed to appeal specifically to girls through the Science Arcade and the Girl's Science Network, engaging them in interactive, minds-on games about weather and space. These dynamic programs keep girls coming back for more science fun.
