Digital Lagoon designed and implemented an e-Business Web site for SOR, a global supplier of custom designed process instruments. The site integrates into their backend legacy system and includes an interactive customer service "Help Desk" that reduces costs for customer support. A Flash animated interactive engineering demonstration is also available to help direct SOR's customers to the information they need. Digital Lagoon has also produced several quarterly online newsletters for SOR as well as new product launch Web sites such as the recent echOsonix Web site.

Digital Lagoon has also produced several product line videos for SOR. The most recent included providing audio and video support for a live conference that introduced their newest product to sales personnel from around the globe. Several CD-ROM projects have been developed by Digital Lagoon for SOR, including a product literature sales CD-ROM that allows users to search for the information they need by industry, product or keyword.
