• Dedicated and shared hosting for web and database servers, running on top of enterprise class VMWare architecture utilizing V-Motion, DRS, HA, and VSAN
• The latest in Microsoft’s server technology including Windows 2008 R2, ASP.NET 4, IIS 7.5, and Enterprise SQL Server

Environment & Power

• Redundant air conditioning
• Fully redundant power, including redundant power paths, multiple surge protection and UPS systems with dual redundant battery strings, and redundant on-premise diesel generators with continuous re-fuel.

Storage

• All client data and databases stored on enterprise class storage array network
• Additional storage for client Web site; databases can be rapidly provision and made available

Security

• Single level and tenant masonry hardened facility
• Biometric and proximity card entry required
• All racks are physically locked
• Access and security camera logs
• SAS70 compliant

Backup

• Weekly and nightly file level backups to all hosting servers
• Either weekly, nightly or hourly database dackups for hosted databases
• Backups written to enterprise class storage array
• All backup process are monitored for completion and success

Monitoring

• Critical systems, websites and databases are monitored for uptime, errors, and performance
• Critical alerts are sent to multiple staff via email and SMS
